According to a British Newspaper, B-schools in France are including introspective activities into their coursework. Ethical issues are being more emphasized upon as a part of learning. Students’ attitudes, perspectives and the overall value system have become a concern for the big players in management education.

Students, who entered into MBA courses after the economic downturn, are the ones that business schools are mainly focusing on to augment not only their academics but also their rather softer skills to make them ready for surviving in adverse business situations.

Apart from emerging markets, regional markets are also being considered by employers and B-schools are designing their courses keeping that in mind. So that, when a student finishes his MBA, he does not confine himself in a certain pattern of workplace environment but as well learn to work and deliver as good outputs in non-profit organizations, or become social entrepreneurs with their creative thinking, unique planning and ethical strategies.
